MINORITY RIGHTS 1.5.1 - The company pays maximum diligence to the exercise of minority rights. X Minority shareholdings interests are not represented in the Company’s administration because there are no minority shareholders who have been designated as candidates in elections for Company directors or statutory auditors and elected to such positions. 1.5.2 - The Articles of Association extend the use of minority rights to those who own less than one twentieth of the outstanding shares, and expand the scope of the minority rights. X The Company’s articles of association contain no provisions concerning the representation of minority shareholding interests on the Board of Directors or governing the accumulated voting method. 1.6. DIVIDEND RIGHT 1.6.1 - The dividend policy approved by the General Shareholders’ Meeting is posted on the company website.
