As of 31 December 2022, the litigations those generate contingent assets and liabilities to the Group are as below: As of 31 December 2022, the Group has contingent liabilities amounting to TL 53.326.350 (31 December 2021: TL 39.894.723) due to the legal cases, criminal liabilities and enforcement proceedings in progress against the Group. United States Sanctions The Company has applied to the American Export Enforcement Office (“EEO”) by authorizing an American international law firm. In the response given by the EEO to the relevant application, the US Export Administration Regulations were reminded and the legislation was repeated that some Russian-origin aircraft could not be serviced, and it was explained under which conditions Russian-origin aircraft could be serviced. The Group is working on how to implement operational changes in order to eliminate the risk of sanctions violations, together with the authorized American international law firm, Turkey, India and EEO officials.
