However the shares representing the Company’s issued capital are divided into three classes designated “A”, “B”, and “C” and only those who hold “A” and “B” shares are entitled to designate candidates for seats on the Company’s Board of Directors and Board of Statutory Auditors. Can Çelebioğlu ve Canan Çelebioğlu sold and transferred 1,940,250 Group A registered shares with a nominal value of TL 1,940,250, which they had separately held in Çelebi Havacılık Holding A.Ş., (Family Total 3,880,500 Group A shares) in the period between 1 January 2018 and 31 December 2018 to a company named Alpha Airport Services B.V., based in the Netherlands and where Can Çelebioğlu and Canan Çelebioğlu hold 50% of the shares and have management control, on 20 March 2018. Our Company’s main shareholder, Çelebi Havacılık Holding A.Ş., purchased a total of 2,194,348 shares from its shares traded on Borsa İstanbul (BIST) between 30 September 2018 and 31 December 2018. INFORMATION ON PERSONNEL The average number of personnel employed by the Company as at 31 December 2018 is 4,030 (31 December 2017: 3,966 people). The average number of personnel, including the subcontractor personnel was 13,031 and 12,657 people on 31 December 2018 and 31 December 2017, respectively.
